So, what have been the results of your estimations versus actual?

Aren't CPW measurements based on certain configurations? Here I have
actual performance data.

Is it reasonable to estimate based on CPW when you aren't using the entire
box for the one lpar? Here I have 4 lpars on production and 5 on the HA.
(The odd number is because the Domino runs in a different lpar on the HA
box.)
