I don't have that version of Excel, but the version I have (older) has the
ability to both upload and download. Check out the installation of that
add-on.

That being said, I never use that. I would save the spreadsheet as a .csv,
then FTP or use a QNTC share to copy it to the IFS, then CPYTOIMPF from
there.
