Actually, they do ... they have (potentially) many entry points ... each procedure is an entry point.
Are you using STRDBG on an actual program that uses the service program? I've never tried to debug procedures in a service program except where the STRDBG was on an actual program.
No, I'm trying to use service entry point debug from RDI ... the service program can be debugged fine on the system I compiled it on, but when I transfer the service program to another system (same release, v5r4) but it won't debug there.
I've had to switch to a different project for a bit ... but I'm now thinking there might be a PTF I need on the problem system ... I seem to recall having to get a PTF in order to get system entry point debug working on the original system.
