Easy Solution To Email IFS files using smtp.

Anyone have any ideas on how to go about this, it would appear using the
qtmmsendmail api might be the way to go but not sure. Let's say I have a
couple .txt, .csv and .doc, any easy way to draft one email and add
attachments. I don't believe that snddst would work and would rather not
use it.
