The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I'm trying to send a mime email message and QtmmSendMail is returning
a message id CPF3C88:
Message . . . . : Number of variable length records &1 is not valid.
Cause . . . . . : The number of variable length records specified is not
valid. This number must be greater than 0.
Recovery . . . : Specify a valid value for the number of variable length
records and try the request again.
I can't find any further explanation of this error anywhere in the
QtmmSendMail documentation and the web. It's mentioned in several
places as a possible error from the API, but I can't find an
explanation of what it means.
I am building the mime stream file myself using hybrids of the MMAIL
mime subprocedures, and I'm sure it's something I've put in the mime
file that's causing it, but I don't have the first clue where to look
first.
thanks,
Rick
