FYI, to restore the OS on an IBM i blade in BC-S from tape you need
PTFs MF46705 and MF46692 ( permanently applied ). Your save 21 has to
have been done after those PTFs are applied. Having not yet done it
myself, IBM support says to install a system from tape, in IVM, set
the load source adapter to None and set the alternate restart adapter
to Virtual Storage / Tape.
