As I understand it, right now anything that gets placed on an SSD,
regardless of rather it's placed by STRASPBAL, the CRTxxx/CHGxxx CL
commands, or the CREATE / ALTER SQL commands stays there until you
tell not to by running another STRASPBAL or the CREATE / ALTER SQL
command.

Of course, it's possible that a object on a SSD could overflow, in
which case I believe the object remains split, but I don't know for
sure.
