If it's that old, check the drives. You need at least 17gb drives for
the load source. I'd wager yours are 8.5gb.

If you do this you might want to load V5R4M5 (and not M0) of the LIC.
Makes it easier to upgrade to Power 6. Took a 270, upgraded it to
V5R4M5,
restored that on to a Power 6 and upgraded it to 6.1.

IBM is dropping all upgrades to V5R4 on January 05, 2010.
