Do you dispose of the connection and db2command explicitly after every
use?

What is you strategy for the db connection lifecycle? Is this one of
those out-of-proc IIS situation ?

Still an open issue. Just not at top of client's priority list since it
"only happens sometimes" ;-) Will update as I get more info.
