Definitely create those other "DST" console devices, those give you
additional DST Console devices should you get this PC screwed up.
Yes, since you are already on DST, you can create additional User id,
Devices, and set the DST Security parameters from there.

guide.
There's an instruction to "change the panel to 'M,' select 21, and sign
into DST. We're already looking at a manual IPL screen. Just go into DST
from there?

The article (probably by somebody on this very list) then says to set
both "allow a service tools user ID with a default and expired . . ."
and "allow console recovery and console can be taken over by another
console" to "1" That seems straightforward and sensible enough.
BUT
Then it says "Create QCONSOLE1, QCONSOLE2 and QCONSOLE3" Not sure I get
that: doesn't there have to be a physical device associated with them?
