this is untested, but try this
UPDATE F0901 a
SET a.GMR015 =
(SELECT b.UPR015 from FUPD02 b where
b.UPMCU = a.GMMCU and
b.UPOBJ = a.GMOBJ and
b.UPSUB = a.GMSUB)
WHERE exists
(SELECT * from FUPD02 b where
b.UPMCU = a.GMMCU and
b.UPOBJ = a.GMOBJ and
b.UPSUB = a.GMSUB))
