First, do you really expect an IBM product manager to say anything less
than glowing remarks about his products?

Second, sure, there will always be some number of new customer sales. But
I'm sure I'm not the only person who noticed that he said nothing about
the retention of existing customers.

Sorry, Trevor, but that blog item does little to dispel the general sense
that the future is not exactly rosy for the i.
