The fact that there needs to be "proof" that that i community is gaining
customer shows that it's not. Perception is reality, especially when
you're talking about "old computers" like the AS/400*. No one is worried
that Windows isn't gaining new customers. No one is worried that Linux
isn't gaining new customers. No one is worried that AIX isn't gaining
new customers. Prove it or disprove it, the perception that i isn't
gaining new customers is enough to make it a problem.
*AS/400 word chosen specifically.
