I wouldn't expect it to matter either. In this case all the constituent modules are in C and the copyright strings are defined using #pragma comment(). The copyright strings exist in an include file and are brought in using #include. Even though this is C I think it is not a C issue but more generic hence I raised it here rather than on C400-L,

No, just plain ANSI C.

No, all in C.
