IANAL - but it seems that if it licensed at the i, then you have to limit use to that i. If it is licensed at the PC, all's fair. I've used WDSC against a customer machine and have seen no license issues. Same with Personal Communications, but that is not the same as the Access emulator, as it does not have the license related to the i.

I also have a free account on one of those providers - I believe the person in charge said they won't provide WDSC or whatever but that you could use it if you have it.
