I have tried to access this, but I get a document not found message from IBMS site.

We have started receiving this message on reports that are in the 30+ page range.
It will put the spool file on hold(after partially printing the report) and then continue to the next spool file.
The user can usually go back and release the spool file and it will print correctly the next time.

I have been searching the web but there just isn't much information
regarding this.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Any ideas to the cause/Resolution?
