Can someone confirm this?

If an advanced job scheduler job (JOBA) is put on hold in its job queue after being submitted by the AJS, by default, subsequent JOBA jobs will not be submitted, correct? Thus, the held job, JOBA, must be deleted or released so that JOBA runs per the job scheduler.
