There are currently two routes I am aware of for this:
Using plex after migrating to plex to generate Java or .Net
This company

experience in doing exactly this. Speak to John Rhodes
Or migrating directly to Java or .Net native from the SYNON model, which I
would guess is more what you are after. For this Databorough has a solution
for this:

X-Rebuild extracts directly from the SYNON model, and we are releasing a
version that generates C# .Net code in September 2009-08-14
