ENDJOB should do it. Verify that it is that job that has it locked with
WRKOBJLCK. If the job does end but that job does show a lock then perhaps
you are messing with threads and semaphores. I really don't know what I
am talking about but there are some obscure commands to list threads and
semaphores. I've also used iNav's Application Development to find these
puppies also. This happens a lot in Domino and that's why Domino has
commands like DLTDOMSMEM for shared memory segments and DLTDOMSEM for
semaphores. IBM keeps trying to kill off the GUI Application Development
part of iNav because they found the propeller heads that use threads and
semaphores prefer a command interface over GUI and this part of iNav will
take some serious work to fit into their Unicode and Java requirements for
iNav and no one wants to touch this part of iNav.

The help on ENDJOBABN will tell you that you have to wait 10 minutes after
running ENDJOB before you can run ENDJOBABN.

Before you try ENDSBS take a loaded revolver and drill all 6 rounds into
your foot. You will get the same effect. I tried ENDSBS QSPL once to end
a WTR job that wouldn't end. It did not end the job. What it did do was
end all other printer writers. And I could NOT do a STRSBS QSPL because
it was still ending. I had to IPL to use my printers. I could not find
that chapter in "How to Win Friends and Influence People".
