I'd check cabling between the user's PC and the iSeries ... anything
from
bad cables, broken jacks, a faulty port on a router / switch or just
simply
an Ethernet cable that isn't plugged in all the way. I'd also check the
PC's
health as to viruses / attack software running on it (just to be sure).
