The previous V5R4 Cumulative was January 2009, and it was saying just that
the next one would be May 2009.

Now, for 6.1, it is saying the next cumulative is Nov 2009, and the current
came out end of April 2009. I wouldn't be surprised if IBM is wanting to
push people to go to V6R1. V6R1 is pretty stable, only issue is if you
don't have the source for your programs without observability or creation
data.
