This should also work (You do not have to deal with
changing the single quote to two single quotes.

it starts with a single quote '
followed by quotation mark " (shift key of single quote)
followed by first part of file name
followed by 2 single quotes ''
followed by remaining file name
followed by quotation mark " (shift key of single quote)
follwed by single quote '
