You're trying to call a stored procedure. You must use something like
ADDJOBSCDE CMD(RUNSQLSTM SRCFILE(MYLIB/SQLSRC) SRCMBR(CALLMOFO)

And the contents of MYLIB/SQLSRC(CALLMOFO) may just have
CALL MYLIB.MYSTOREDPROCEDURE
