Thanks for the reply to my question....
I was able to locate a box of DVD-RAM 4.7GB 1 Sided media.
My plans are to use the NFS for backups of the HMC's once the dust
clears.

I always use DVD-RAM 4.7GB 2 Sided. I have used Maxwell and
have had no problem. Make sure you don't get the ones enclosed in the
standalone case. These are just media with no case surrounding the
media.
You can use this for backing up CCD or Upgrade Data. ALWAYS,
and I can't say it enough, ALWAYS backup your Upgrade data to external
DVD media before you upgrade your HMC, and you only do the backup
upgrade data right before an upgrade.
