Unexpected results mainly because the chances of missing a program that needs to be recompiled is pretty high (unless you're using a good change control system <grin/>).

Well we are getting fed up with now having to even empty QRPLOBJ
because every time a programmer simulates an installation he
recompiles practically every program and the disks get filled up.
More and more modules becoming interdependant. Each time someone
creates a new one it links other modules together. It's like a
snowball effect.

That's an annoyance at most ... but using service programs would probably resolve it anyways.

IMO, anyone who doesn't use service programs for the majority of commonly used modules needs to have their head examined <grin/>.
