You sure about "You could decrypt the password"?"



Sure, most people are running at QPWDLVL '0' (for reasons I can't discern) so their password table is quite decryptable.

If you are running at QPWDLVL '1' or '3', then it is supposed to be mathematically impossible to "decrypt".

But even then, a number of folks have built dictionary attacks that work off of the i password store that can discover passwords through brute force. That's not a practical solution for this application, but it is doable.
