Yep. Learnt that on this list and have shortcuts everywhere. That's the problem!

Although it must start up the rest of the
overhead because it still takes awhile to get started.

I think it's a little faster, but as with WDSC in our shop, I think that start up time is a big reason why not everyone uses these tools. Still on Windows 2000 with Pentium IV 1.6Ghz here.
