Re: error adding system to "systems with partitions" on iseries navigator

I can ping, telnet, pc5250, everything, in fact after i get this cpfb958
error i get the "work with partitions" window where i can change the
v6r1 configuration and that configuration sticks since i've entered the
console option "work with logical partitions" and the primary partition
reflects all the changes i made via the navigator, i just cant get the
system to stay on that list.
On the subject of the specific version of iseries navigator, i will
check it tomorrow morning, but i had the one that came with v5r4m0 cd's
and since it gave me this error i uninstalled and installed the v6r1m0
one which solved nothing.
