Does this help:

With Temp as
(Select Detail.ID,count(*) from Detail GROUP BY Detail.ID having count(*) >
1)
Select *from Master where Master.ID in (Select Detail.ID from Temp)

This CTE (Common Table Expression) query will show you all Master records
which have multiple Detail records.
