Then yes, someone is trying to hack you. Most likely a automated
vulnerability scanner that is looking for open systems and is not
observing all the rules of the protocol (to speed things up or to find a
vulnerability) Hope you have good passwords! I know some AS/400 systems
that have been on the public Internet for more than 10 years and never
been hacked.

The errors you see are new(ly displayed) in V5R3 or 4. Before that they
were never displayed. You can disable them, if you want to live in
ignorant bliss, with CHGTCPA LOGPCLERR(*NO).
