Don't forget to consider how much effort it will take to move to the new system.

Honestly, I'd be surprised if you could purchase and move to a new ERP
for less than 100K.

On the other hand, the new software may have features & functions you
don't have now. So it might be worth the trouble. Not to mention the
added bonus of being able to flip off your current vendor.

Of course, you can always use the fact that you're seriously looking
as a stick to beat on the current vendor.
