On source system:

a) CRTSAVF FILE(QGPL/SECDTA)
b) SAVSECDTA DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(QGPL/SECDTA) DTACPR(*YES)

On target system:
--------------------
a) CRTSAVF FILE(QGPL/SECDTA)
b) FTP to source system.
c) Make sure you're in binary mode.
d) get QGPL/SECDTA
e) quit FTP
f) RSTUSRPRF DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(QGPL/SECDTA)
g) RSTAUT
