I will try Jerry's link and see what happens. Right now, the system will not
power down with the white button and I can't get to a green screen. The only
way I know to restart the IPL procedure would be to change the code on the
front to 3 and do a force power down.

If you follow the links in Jerry's reply, that SRC points to an error
loading the MFIOP. At this point, since the machine has been off for a
long time, I'd try the IPL a few more times.
