As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We are evaluating the SpoolFlex product from DRV Technologies, Inc. and I
would like to hear from others who may be using this product.
We are looking at it initially as a way to get spool files into Excel, but
it looks like there are several ways beside that which will be very
beneficial to us.
What are your opinions of the product, both good and bad. Are there any
real gotcha's with it?
Please no sales pitches. I'm only looking for user experiences and
opinions.
