Ok so you have a 5250 Printer Emulation session running on the PC with
the PDF virtual printer defined?

I don't think you're going to be able to have "Transform print data to
ASCII on iSeries" selected, since the iSeries won't know what printer
language to use.

I think if it were me, I would try to create the devices/outqs on the
iSeries. Instead, I'd have auto-configure turned on and make changes
to the 5250 Printer Emulation session.
