Oops.  'C' is already the default reply.  If the system operator queue 
is in *DFT mode, this will work.  Otherwise, you'd have to put it in 
*BREAK mode and specify a break handling program to reply to this 
message.  The program can then reply only if the message originated with 
the application in question.
