I'd check the archives because there might have been one or two who
discovered some place where it's not a good thing. However several of us
have changed that system value during prime shift, with a full load, and
never looked back.

Ask this question, if you were running 37 would there be any dangers /
gotchas in going to 65535? Hell Yes!!!

Or is this one of those "Better the devil you know than the devil you
don't" sort of issues?
