Where did you get the new certificate for your iSeries? The source is
not trusted on your PC's. If it is self signed, you will need to import
the Certificate Store Certificate. If you purchased from someone such
as VeriSign, you PC need windows update to the certificate store. You
can go to https://iSeries:992. You will not get a logon screen but you
will get the padlock to allow you to view and import the certificate
from your iSeries.

Subject: CWBC01050 in Client Access after new certificate installed

We installed a new certificate on our iSeries and now a few PCs are
getting the below error issued from Client Access.
"CWBCO1050 The Iseries server application certificate is not trusted"
We run Client Access in SSL mode but are not issuing certificates to
individual PCs. We have hundreds of Client Access users who are working
and 5 who are not. Client Access has been completely removed and
reinstalled with the latest service pack and the error is still being
issued. Client Access is V5R4 running to a V5R4 iSeries which is also at
the latest patch level.

Anyone have any ideas what might cause this? Our next step is to reimage
the PCs affected.
