I'd go with writing a parser then. It doesn't sound too terrible. I'm
not familiar with the secondary payer regulations. I was told they
doesn't apply to us, and I choose to believe it. (Got enough stuff to
worry about.) Is it a delimited format? If so, I've probably got some
open source RPG parsing tools I could share. If not, reading flat file
records into a data structure works well with text report style data.
