No, jobs do not continue after an IPL. The job may be restarted,
however it will be a new job. The job will only be restarted if it is
resubmitted via the Job Scheduler, a user, or part of the system startup
sequence.

- if the subsystem is ended controlled
then - the job becomes active again while the subsystem ends?
