A while back, I needed to modify our "CMS" so we could use CHGPF in all circumstances.

I got some valuable help on this list. The thread was called Physical file Modification in June 2008.

CHGPF could
recompile a PF (in the process updating its logicals)
non-destructively from updated source. I just tried it for
the first
time; absolutely remarkable.

1. What OS revision did that come in at?
2. Are there limitations on the effects on logicals?
