On US Machines, QCCSID=37 & User Profiles=*SYSVAL
On French Machine QCCSID=37 and User Profiles=Language Id/Country Id/CCSID=Country Specific (i.e. ITA/IT/280 for Italian users, FRA/FR/297 for French users).

We also have some where QCCSID=37, but uesr profiles are set as DEU/DE/37 but that's not the rule...
