I found a very old handbook and
a 40S could have: 988mb(1109)
1.03gb(#1602/#6602)
1.9gb(#1603/6603)

The 200 could have the same plus a few
of the smaller drives like the 320mb,400mb.

The 1.9gb could be used in the 510
or the 170.

I don't have anything on the 150.


So the answer is yes for the most part.
