By "deleting some files" you have us concerned.
Did you really mean to say R4V5 and not R5V4 or V4R5? Because R4V5
implies V5R4M0 or V5R4M5 to me and gets me thinking that you think
European different (like ddmmyy vs mmddyy and basic sentence structure).
In summary V5R4 is not supported on a 150. V4R5 is.

I seem to remember that the 150 normally didn't ship with niceties like CD
or tape drives but you may end up having to slip install OS and reapplying
cume and other ptf's.
