I wrote an article that shows how to build a quickie CSV generator using
QShell.. it's not the most robust thing on earth, but it shows how easy
it is to do, and gives you some code you can modify to suit your tastes

I dunno.. it seems like every day I see a forum post, or e-mail message
about someone having trouble with getting CPYTOIMPF to do exactly what
they want. It just doesn't seem like it's that difficult to write your
own that WILL do what you want, or to grab a freebie from somewhere.

Someone out there, I want to say Marting Rowe?, has a free CSV program you
can download. I have used it before and it seems to work well. If you're a
Java guy you can easily code one in Java to except a result set. I've got
some examples of this if you need at all.
