Hi Dave

It depends on how you are using MQ. For example if your application puts a
request to an MQ queue and waits for a response from another queue then your
application (in test mode) could write a log record including the response
time.

Also, Queues and Queue Managers can be configured to record queue events at
various levels of detail.

Can someone point me in the right direction to figure out how I can
monitor response times or traffic thru MQ on an iSeries? I have found
some
info on IBM's site and am fumbling through that, but any other
help/direction would be appreciated.
