What this means is that you will get offsets to both the "before" and
"after" data. However, if you try to use the data pointed to in the
offset for the "before" image, and the trigger action is a Create, then
the data in the before image is meaningless. Likewise, if you try to use
the data pointed to in the offset for the "after" image, and the trigger
action is a Delete, then the data in the after image is meaningless.
