Print delay second copy of spooled file

Users noticing a large delay on single page invoices (afpds spool w/overlay)
where copy 1 prints and 2nd page is perhaps 30-60 seconds later.
Not duplex. This coincided with a network ip chg, but we do not
see the connection. HP M2727
