Our HMC is at 7.3.2. I would like to connect to it via a web browser from
my p/c. How do I do this? I have been searching but can not find any
specific doc on this.

Log on locally to the HMC. Ensure that remote access is enabled in the
HMC settings. Also, ensure that the firewall for the interface exposed
to your LAN allows HTTPS traffic to the HMC.

Depending on your network architecture, it might be impossible to
access the HMC from your PC because it should be in the management
network. Check with your networking guys on how you can access the
HMC.

It is also possible that the HMC is not connected to any management
LAN, just to the FSP on your i.
