I had someone pull the plug on a V5R3 to V5R4 upgrade because it hung when
doing the upgrade (something about an image catalog issue).

When the system came back up the Lic Code was at 5.4 with the rest of the
system at 5.3 until I started upgrade again with the CD's.

This is the same person I "inherited" the PTF issue from... thank god he's
GONE

again it's been forever since I did a PWRDWNSYS without a
restart, it's been running for about 10-15 minutes now but
the front panel is still lit, but the littlem white pwoer
button has a little yellow lite beside it that's its blinking...

Does this mean its still up or can I pull the power cord now.
